Summer book club for German learners with basic language skills -

July - September

7/10 - 9/25 (12 weeks)

Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm / weekly

German teacher Ute Balsley is  delighted to offer this lighthearted 12-week German book club for language learners with basic language skills. 

 

At this level, learners can understand and use simple phrases and hold simple conversations. This class focuses on guided learning including instructor feedback on vocabulary, pronunciation, idiomatic expressions, and individualized grammar instruction.

As always, games and fun will be integral parts of our time together.

Anfänger /Beginner (will be offered again in the fall)

This course is geared towards complete beginners and includes all components of language learning:

* Speaking

* Listening

* Reading

* Writing

* Grammar

* and maybe most importantly, games and fun

Konversation

This interactive course is geared towards adult learners with advanced knowledge of the German language and focuses on guided conversation including instructor feedback on vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and individualized grammar instruction.

As always, games and fun as well as optional weekly home activities will be integral parts of our time together.
